Job Description

We are a strong team of knowledgeable accountants with over 40 years of experience combined. We provide full-service bookkeeping to small businesses. We are looking for assistance in servicing clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for clients
• Review and code invoices and schedule payments
• Record Customer Deposits
• Assist in preparing individual and business tax returns
• Working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
• Flexible schedule - Day Shift, Night Shift, Weekends
• Convene with Owners on weekly basis to discuss deadlines

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable Experience
• Tax preparation experience
• PTIN Certification
• Ability to Multi-task and learn our internal processes
• Attention to Detail and ability to prioritize
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
