WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will supervise & direct accounts payable staff as well as train/mentor employees and handle disciplinary actions.

  • Update internal documents and procedures
  • Make sure invoices are processed timely & resolve discrepancies
  • Oversee sales & use Tax and prepare year-end filing
  • Enter ACH payments
  • Process monthly rental payments
  • Distribute checks
  • Answer vendor inquiries
  • Maintain reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Accounts payable experience (4+ years)
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Experience in a leadership/supervisory role
  • Associate degree in Accounting a plus
  • Excel skills
  • MaddenCo or AS400 software a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Leadership skills and a positive attitude
  • Researching and problem solving skills
