A well-established environmental company in Los Angeles seeks an AP Manager. The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring that all invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the accounts payable team. The right person will have a strong background in Accounts Payables along with AP Management experience . Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable process, including receiving and processing invoices, verifying accuracy, obtaining approvals, and making payments
• Ensure that all invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely
• Manage vendor relationships and communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment status
• Oversee the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of account balances
• Manage the corporate credit card program, including monthly reconciliations and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management regarding accounts payable performance and trends

Requirements:

• Strong AP Management and leadership skills
• Multiple Business Unit experience is a plus
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong Software experiance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
