Job Description

LOCATION: preferred location Jacksonville, FL or Philadelphia, PA with working from a home office in the Eastern U.S.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintains timely and accurate entry of invoices and; ensures timely processing based on customer schedules.

· Reviews and analyzes effectiveness of accounts receivable policies and procedures; recommends changes to management.

· Audits delinquent accounts monitors and manages efforts being taken to collect outstanding accounts

· Reviews, analyzes, modifies, and implements efficient and effective accounts receivable processes, policies, and procedures.

· Maintains and manages department budget.

· Interfaces with appropriate personnel and managers to exchange customer information which may affect the invoice functionality of various customer accounts

· Prepares and presents accounts receivable reports as required.

· Knowledgeable on overall production activities for billing, irregularities, discussing with field supervision and taking corrective actions.

· Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.

· Maintains job files, production reports, etc., for active jobs. Upon job completion data is scanned and electronically filed.

· Prepare certified reports

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

· Manages and maintains invoicing in the accounting system customer invoices

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) or equivalent

· Two to four years related experience or equivalent

· Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.

· Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate subordinates.
