Job Description

Farrers Fire Protection is currently seeking a Part Time [Accounts Receivable Clerk] . We are based out of Charlotte, NC and are currently servicing the Carolinas.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Completing required paperwork for clients in order to process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.

-Ability to deposit payments (Must have reliable transportation)

- Providing customers with industry leading expertise and thoroughly discussing invoices, work orders , etc.

- Following up with customers on past due invoices.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Responsible for all incoming revenue for the company.

- Adhere to all local, state and federal tax guidelines

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license [Clean Driving Record]

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.

Preferred

- Fire protection experience is preferred but training is provided to meet company standards.

- Knowledgeable and comfortable using a laptop, Microsoft products, creating spreadsheets, etc.

- Excellent attendance and able to handle responsibility.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
