Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:

A1 Screw Machine Setup and Operate

• Setup, operate, and maintain ACME screw machines.
• Plan and lay out all work.
• Complete work using blueprints, layout worksheets, proper cams, carbide insert tooling, feeds, and speeds on automatic screw machines.
• Perform part inspection functions.
• Make minor repairs and keep machines in first-class operating condition.
• Instruct operators when necessary.
• Complete workin a reasonable amount of time.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Acme Screw Machine setup experience.
• Available to work 2nd shiftwith weekly overtime including Saturdays.
• Attention to detail and the discipline to follow through on assigned tasks.
