The Quality Improvement Department at Woodfords Family Services is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join their growing team of professionals at our offices in Westbrook, ME!


This is a full-time (32 hours/week), fully-benefitted position with a flexible 4-day work week!

Woodfords Family Services is a nonprofit organization that's been committed to the support and inclusion of people with special needs and their families in Maine communities for over 55 years! Today, the organization provides an array of clinical, behavioral health and educational programs to more than 2,000 children, youth and adults living with autism, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses across the state of Maine.


Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Quality Improvement Department in managing the general day-to-day functions and operations in the Electronic Health Record System. This position reports directly to the Director of Quality Improvement.

  • photo-copying/scanning
  • generating reports
  • data entry


Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday through Thursday (Flexible 4-day week!), 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • $18.50 - $20.00/hourly

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
