Your Responsibilities


As an Agility & Transformation Product Manager for the Strategy & Transformation business capability area, for World Headquarters, located in Moline, IL, you will be responsible for helping teams, key roles and leaders push their limits of "possible" in order to continue to improve and experiment. You will cultivate elite coaches as part of the Agile coaching community that nurtures a sustainable Agile culture, while continually challenging yourself, your team and your customers to innovate and grow. You will also be responsible for growing leadership and organizational agility knowledge and application across the Agile Operating Model.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Pave the way and build out the roadmap for the Agility & Transformation Advocacy experience, solving customer pain points and creating long lasting value.
  • Work directly with customers on a global scale and internal teams to discover customer problems, lead a cross functional team to craft solutions, and bring them to life.
  • Use your experiences, judgement, and knowledge to inform an understanding of what is possible and strategically important to customers.
  • Translate customer needs into an experience with specific product requirements and features. You will make the product come to life through the creation of a cohesive customer experience across multiple product areas within Strategy & Transformation.
  • Increase customer’s ability to become elite agile teams and acquire future agility skills and knowledge that will strengthen the fabric of the agile coaching community.
  • Be customer-obsessed and focused on understanding the customer needs to help shape the Agility & Transformation Advocacy product priorities.
  • Make final decisions on product features and ensure that functionality is aligned with Agility & Transformation strategic vision.
  • Serve as an agent of change and as a leader that models and reinforces agile values lives the agile values daily.
  • May train and coach teams and leaders as they apply agile and lean thinking to the specific environments and impediments they face.

What Skills You Need

.

  • 2 or more years of experience working in the Agile coaching community.
  • 2 or more years of interaction with customers in the Agile Operating Model including processes, rhythms and challenges.
  • 2 or more years of experience working with agile teams and the coaching community to discover and craft highly usable experiences and solutions.
  • 2 or more years of experience with advancing product strategy in a complex, global organization.
