4Renu just opened a new location in Orlando. We are immediately hiring for a Solar Sales Appointment Setter to join our award-winning team.

You will work with homeowners to schedule qualified appointments for our amazing Sales Team. Your responsibility is not to close sales, but only to go door-to-door and find interested customers to get a free Solar proposal. There is no experience required! We will train you to succeed.

Schedule:

We are open to candidates seeking flexible schedules, either Part-time or Full-time employment, Mondays through Fridays, with Saturday potential as well.

Responsibilities:

• Knock door-to-door (Outside, Direct Sales)
• Set appointments with customers to review their solar proposal
• Help homeowners lower their current power bill

Requirements:

• Great communication skills
• Physical ability to work on your feet
• Willingness to be a Clean Energy Educator
• Previous door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

$20 per hour PLUS Commission

Solar energy is a rapidly expanding industry. We need enthusiastic and energetic sales reps to maintain our current growth. As we grow, the possibilities for your growth increase as well. You can earn $20/hr plus commissions. Our average full-time reps make around $1250 per week and our top reps make $3000 per week.
