JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrator is the leader of the school, and as such assumes full responsibility for all aspects of the school. The Administrator is responsible for building a positive climate and culture that accepts and welcomes ALL students, staff and community members. Using leadership skills the Administrator will promote the educational development of each student to prepare them for life, school and career while also supporting and developing staff and ensuring the day to day operations of the school are met. Decision making should be collaborative and employ an equity lens. The Administrator must be familiar with state and federal law, District policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements and be able to use independent judgment and decision-making in matters not having established rules, regulations or policies.

The work environment is standard classroom and stage settings. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but occasionally high depending upon student population and activities. Employee may be exposed to bloodborne pathogens.
