To support the continued growth of our business, PDG is hiring an Associate Recruiter. This is a full-time remote role where the work will be performed during Eastern Time Zone business hours (8-5 PM). Although this work is remote, preference will be given to candidates who are located in Central New England due to the location of the hiring manager.
PDG’s compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and participation in PDG's annual bonus program.
Position Summary
The Associate Recruiter is a friendly, compassionate, and communicative individual who is responsible for working closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to source, qualify, present, and place full-time and contract professionals for internal and client-facing roles. The Recruiting Coordinator is an individual who loves talking with people and is genuinely interested in candidates’ strengths and what motivates them to help them find meaningful work.
This role can be very fast-paced and requires at least four hours per day interviewing candidates on camera.
