YOUR DAY AS AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
As an Automotive Technician, you are the backbone of our auto repair shop. Each day, our customers bring in vehicles of various makes and models and you skillfully address their concerns. To do so, you perform basic maintenance tasks like rotating tires and changing oil. Using your keen eye or our high-tech diagnostic equipment, you also troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
With the help of the specialized equipment in our modern shop, you then repair any mechanical and electrical issues you discover. As you work, you keep our service advisors and customers updated on the status of each job, and you're happy to answer any questions they might have. When you're finished, you take great pride in getting our customers safely back on the road!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience with the following is also preferred: European car repair, electronic systems repair, and engine performance. Related vocational school certification would be a plus.
Are you mechanically and analytically minded? Do you have great communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey technical information? Are you detail-oriented and thorough?
