Are you a talented Barista or experienced Front of House professional? Sunflour Baking Company wants you at our Ballantyne store located at 14021 Conlan Cir B-9, Charlotte, NC 28277! We love to make people happy every day and you get to be part of that when you work at Sunflour! You will also serve the best coffee and most irresistible made from scratch breakfast, lunch and pastries in the city!

Successful candidates will:

· Be experienced, skilled and passionate about Customer Service

· Have knowledge of food service and sanitation

· Be able to work well with others under pressure

· Show initiative and a desire to up their game

· Be reliable and consistently show up on time, ready to work

Requirements:

· Able to lift 50 pounds

· Able to stand for long periods of time

· Availability between 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, shifts are typically 8 hours or less

Additional qualifications we would like to see:

· Barista experience on a classic manual espresso machine (we do provide training if you haven’t worked with one before =)

· Food preparation skills and experience

· Expediting experience

· Management or supervisory experience

· Servsafe, HACCP and any other regulatory qualifications

· Computer skills
