Every customer you approach will see you as the face of our brand; you will be a critical link between the Product and the Customer. MAC is a Prestige Beauty Brand, delighting our customer across the globe.

As one of our highly skilled make-up artists you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $14.30 to $21.40. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Additionally, receive Commissions and Rewards based off individual performance and team performance.

The Beauty Advisor Enjoys

• Explaining the features and benefits of our merchandise in addition to DFS’ service differentiators

• Providing accurate product and shop promotion information to the customers

• Selling to customer's needs and exceed customer's expectations

• Demonstrating product on clients’ skin/face such as color cosmetics and skincare applications

• Engage and retain clients by building relationships to seek opportunities to grow sales in future

• Working in a fun, fast-paced environment.
  

Qualifications

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be helping our mission by:

• Selling – Delighting the customer with excellent customer service and educating our customer about the Estee Lauder Brand

• Floor and Product Presentation- Assists the team in the coordination and execution of all team merchandising activities, including inventory management, presentation quantities, promotional activities, and merchandise stock flow.

• Teamwork – Enjoy working in a team environment; cooperatively with co-workers to accomplish sales and service objectives.

• General-Must be able to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Able to work overtime hours when necessary.
