We are seeking a Permanent Payroll & Benefits Specialist. This is a 100% remote position! As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for managing clients' payroll and benefits needs while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage clients' payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all payroll-related activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate administration of benefits plans to include enrollments, invoice reconciliation, terminations, Flex Benefits, COBRA compliance, and open enrollment notification
  • Assist with client benefits including open enrollments, renewals, changes, and terminations for benefits programs including medical, life, dental, disability, and 401k
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the best services for our clients
  • Assist with the administration of 401K plans, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
  • Work with ADP WFN to ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll and benefits transactions.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations and laws.
  • Experience with ADP WFN and other payroll processing systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
