Accounts Receivable Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish)

We are looking for a new Accounts Receivable Specialist who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing Finance team! This is a full time hourly, W2 position with full benefits and 100% work from home! The AR Specialist is responsible for completing the end-to-end accounts payable process in a timely, efficient, and detailed manner. We're looking for someone who is experienced in in a high volume Accounts Receivable role and who has excellent communication and organizational skills who wants to grow their career with a rapidly growing company.

  • Enter, maintain and organize all customer records
  • Process all vendor invoices and credit memos
  • Process payment for vendors and accurately record it into the system
  • Manage a weekly payment process: calls and emails
  • Research, track and resolve any accounts receivable issues
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Review and enter new vendor information
  • Assist CFO with financial audits and other duties as required
  • Ad-hoc projects, reporting and account reconciliations, and other assignments as needed to support the finance team

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bilingual in English in Spanish
  • 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience in a high volume environment.
  • 2+ years heavy financial data entry experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills (pivots, lookups, formulas).
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Has the ability to work independently, creative problem solve, and work through ambiguity.
  • Eclipse or Netsuite experience a plus.
