What DaBella has to Offer:

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete 2-week basic sales training course
• Attend pre-scheduled appointments with potential customers
• Discover needs and wants, and pitch home improvement solutions
• Close at a rate of 22% or more
• Produce $60,000 or more in new business per month
• Bilingual – Spanish and English required

Compensation:

• Training Pay: $1,000/week
• Commissions: 10% of net sale price
• Bonus: 1.5% of total net sales if monthly net sales exceed $100,000
• Average first year compensation of $72k-$100k with top performers earning over $100,000
