Brand Ambassadors are the first interaction with new customers onsite at retail stores and events in the field in Westchester County and lower Fairfield County. You will be generating leads by offering appointments with our sales reps. to provide a free in-home consultation. This is a full-time, entry level marketing and sales position with growth opportunities available.

THE ROLE- What you’ll be doing

• Drive to your assigned locations, splitting time each week between up to two retailers and weekend event opportunity
• Set up your provided marketing materials and maintain relationships with retailers while on site
• Attract the attention of customers to your designated area in retail or promotional booth at events
• Actively engage with customers to identify home improvement needs while maintaining company standards, polite, direct with integrity
• Discuss our brand and products and current offerings/promotions available
• 90% in the field while also assisting in office with growth on program

THE PERSON- What you’ll bring

• Outgoing personality, able to engage actively with positive energy without being “pushy”
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive and lead conversations
• Self-motivated, professional, career-minded attitude
• Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required
• Must be 18 years or older
