Budtender
High Tops is hiring a full time employee to start immediately. All applicants must a valid MED Badge.

We are hiring for location:

2306 N Powers Blvd Colorado Springs CO 80915.
Experience in the industry or a strong customer service background is required.

Job Duties Include:

• Greet and establish rapport with patients
• Assist patients in identifying the medicines and methods of medication that best fit their individual needs
• Gather and process required patient documents and information, and perform detailed verification while maintaining client confidentiality
• Utilizing our POS system: Flowhub
• Utilizing our Order-Ahead service: Dutchie
• Utilizing our scheduling and task service: When I Work
• Communicating with your store manager and fellow coworkers to efficiently work as a team
• Auditing (small inventory counts) on select products during the day
• Cash handling / Cashless ATM
• Labeling: bags, products, and exit products
• Maintaining compliance, even when there is a line out the door or it's the end of your shift
• Weighing bud to order and assisting with pre-weighs

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of marijuana strains, (indicas, sativas, hybrids), edibles, extracts, and current products on the market
• Dispensary-related experience a plus
• Should be punctual and detail-oriented
• Must be able to provide exemplary customer service, and represent the business with pride
• Have or be able to obtain a Med Badge (21 years of age, no felony convictions)
• Work with a sense of urgency
• Be careful with all product to not damage or waste it
