This role requires alignment to business strategy, effective problem analysis/root cause, design/business solutioning, strong data analysis, and ongoing management of activities within multiple strategic areas with the first assignment centered within Reconsiderations. The Sr. Analyst role will support the capability manager and strategy lead, responsible by leveraging enterprise data and insights, assessing complex data, deriving conclusions, and formulating a clear coherent business case for revolutionizing processes strategically. You will be accountable for delivering sustainable, financially sound solutions that solve specific problems and enable successful strategic delivery, while driving adoption with business partners.

While you’re busy helping us change the landscape of health care, in this role you must be able to quickly adapt to change in a fluid environment and successfully navigate ambiguity. The selected candidate will become a subject matter expert within each strategic area and operational tasks, while maintaining the ability to analyze the impacts the strategy will have on processing. You will be viewed as a trusted partner for all Operations teams responsible for building trust while aiding and supporting the development of an enterprise strategy focused on delivering with clarity, speed, quality, and transparency for all our constituents.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze current state processes, opportunities, and in-flight initiatives for all platforms
• Identify key opportunities within each area through collaboration and process/data analysis
• Coordinate with strategic partners to obtain information and define the appropriate processes
• Enable a culture of collaboration, trust, and disciplined accomplishment of tasks and target dates
• Provide guidance and oversight to any configuration changes impacting operational processing
• Monitor strategic development progress and ensure materials remain current/aligned
• Evaluate, investigate, and assess tech-forward capabilities to redefine existing processes

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience within claim/reconsideration operations
• 3+ years of experience/exposure with process, quality, audit, and data analysis
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and evaluating current process documentation
• Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Excel or Visio
• Proven ability to tell compelling story using data, facts, and problem analysis
• Proven self-motivated to deep dive into opportunities and present compelling stories using facts/data
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders
• Experience with technology-based solutions including the design/deployment processes
• Proven ability to develop solid networks and ensure collaboration and consensus building
• Proven ability to communicate complex issues to diverse audiences
• Solid working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
