Job Description

Bexley Motorcar Company is seeking a well-organized, responsible, and process oriented person for their office manager position. This is a new position at Bexley Motorcar Company which allows for creating, organizing, and maintaining the dealership office needs.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Automotive Sales documents such as: titling, payoffs, compliance, filing, new hires and dealer agreements.
  • Inputting vehicle data into Dealer Management Systems.
  • Manage and safeguard the stores assets and ensure that internal controls are in place
  • Oversee daily deposits and petty cash
  • Calculate monthly sales commissions, assist with time sheet corrections and payroll questions
  • Maintain and post journal entries, including funding notices
  • Manage floorplan audit and reconciliation
  • Communicate and work directly with accounting firm
  • Pay vendors and reconcile monthly F & I products

Qualifications

  • Honesty and Integrity
  • Working knowledge of Excel, MS office suite and accurate with 10 keypad and typing
  • Excellent communication skills (via phone, Zoom, in-person, etc.)
  • Experience handling high volume of paperwork for multiple internal and external customers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines
  • Maintain professional appearance and high work ethic
  • Must be willing to submit to & successfully complete a background check/driving record check and a drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
