As a Front Team Member you will be responsible for:

• Taking great care of our Customers. Our Team Members are genuinely friendly and passionate about service. They not only satisfy Customer requests but also anticipate our Customers’ needs. Some of the ways we serve our Customers include smiling, providing a sincere greeting, delivering food to tables, asking Customers about their meal and clearing their trays, and thanking them for their visit.
• Receiving and entering Customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register/ IPOS at the counter or in the drive-through
• Expediting/bagging
• Team Members also serve as a final quality control check and only hands out products that meets Chick-Fil-A Ina standards.
• Delivering meals to guests
• Assisting with guests' needs
• Maintaining a sparkling clean dining room with a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor and clean the playground, restrooms, outdoor patio, and parking lot.
• Share and answer questions about the Chick-fil-A brand, food products, Chick-fil-A One app, catering, and current marketing campaign support
• Collaborate with team members and fulfill our mission: Excellence every day & Care for everyone

• A qualified candidate must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• A qualified candidate must have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for brief and short distances.
• Candidates with open availability between 10 AM to 8 PM are highly preferred at this time.

Front Team Member positions will be expected to regularly work four-hour, six-hour, or eight-hour shifts, at various times within the various day parts of the morning (5:30 am - 2 pm), afternoon (11 am - 8 pm), or evening (3 pm-12 am), depending on the needs of the business and store performance goals.

A prime candidate will have availability during two, three, or all of these day part times on a regular daily basis. At this time we are prioritizing candidates who have availability between 10 AM to 8 PM. Candidates with restrictions on their availability between 3 PM to 12 AM will be considered at a later time. Availability can alternate throughout the week. A prime candidate will also have open weekend availability between Thursday - Saturday.

Salary: Front of the House Team Members can expect to make between $13.85 - $15.00, per hour
