Job Description

We are seeking a BILINGUAL (spanish speaking) Chiropractic Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the office/team running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position working ~32-35 hours per week. After you are proficient in your role, you will have every other Friday off!

We need an enthusiastic, motivated, organized, responsible, happy, caring team member that is looking to work with a small team to create a great environment for our awesome patients. Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support chiropractic team
  • Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures, payment
  • Verify insurance coverage, create treatment plans
  • Assist rehab with P.T/Exercises, patient compliance as needed
  • Marketing-Internal
  • Scheduling and managing patient treatment plans effectively
  • Communicating via email, text and phone with new and existing patients
  • Personal injury cases-attorneys, at-fault insurance companies, billing, follow up
  • Collections
  • Electronic Health Record system training, input, charting and daily reporting
  • Time management for daily and weekly objectives
  • Chiropractic Assistant (Certification may be offered)

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare is ideal but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing
  • Phone etiquette and bilingual communication
  • Health oriented
  • Considers preventative health solutions
  • Be able to work evening hours (until 6:30-7 P.M Mon-Thurs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
