Job Description


As a Client Finance Associate, you will be responsible to build exceptional relationships and for providing the highest level of operational support to Publicis Sapient’s client facing and internal teams. You must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success. You will be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, be detail oriented and interested in learning PS’s business.

You will help manage client teams through various Publicis Sapient operational processes while at the same time advocate to internal teams their business drivers. On some accounts you could interact with the Clients’ internal operations teams, where you will view yourself as an extension of the account leadership – doing whatever it takes to help the client facing team ensure flawless client relationships and project delivery.

Your Impact:

  • Partnering with Client Services and Project Management Teams to understand key financial drivers such as pricing, revenue mix, erosion to manage project/client profitability
  • Collaborating closely with various internal teams (Business Operations, Capacity, Controllership, Legal, Financial Reporting) to deliver complete and accurate financial results and improve operational effectiveness
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, revenue, margin projections, contracts, cash collections, invoicing, purchase orders and reporting
  • Supporting Client Services and Project Management Teams through various operational processes and ensure adherence
  • Coordinate with Globally Distributed Operations team to ensure the operational support being provided is successful
  • Maintaining data integrity within systems and tools used for financial analysis and reporting
  • Prepare financial / project health data and/or presentations for Client relationship leaders – proactively reporting issues and concerns
  • Miscellaneous support: knowledge management, organize and promote activities/communications to build community within client facing teams, assist with various trackers and ad hoc reports


Qualifications


Your Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3+ years of professional experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills and able to interact with individuals at all internal Client organizational levels
  • Proven ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as a part of a team w/ demonstrated ability to balance priorities on simultaneous projects
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to work in Globally Distributed Model
  • Strong skills including Microsoft Office tools w/ expertise in excel/pivot tables; prior experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems is a plus

Additional Information


Pay Range: $58,000 - $112,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
