Linda Garcia-Rose and Associates is a growing, vibrant private psychotherapy practice in New York City offering transformative psychotherapy to adults, children, couples, and families. We are looking for a conscientious, capable, and experienced Clinical Supervisor to work side-by-side with CCO, Linda Garcia-Rose. Responsibilities include,: supervise staff, hire clinical staff when needed, and maintain a caseload of clients. Candidates must be an LCSW or LMHP and qualified to supervise clinicians.

As clinical supervisor you must possess excellent management and mentoring skills. You must be an outstanding communicator able to resolve conflicts and issues. The goal is to ensure the smooth running of the clinical department aiming to maximum performance.
The candidate we seek has strong experience working with all populations and a background working with trauma and couples. They will be expected to supervise therapists and carry a part-time caseload. They are enthusiastic about providing direct services as well as helping new clinicians with professional growth. They are interested in being an active leader on a warm, supportive clinical team and working closely with Linda, who will also supervise you towards your “R” if you do not yet have it.
This is a full-time, salaried position with paid vacation, health insurance, and other benefits. This is an in person position. Must be a licensed LCSW/LMHC in the state of NY.
Hours per week: 40-50 hours per week.
