Job Description

Renewal by Andersen is the largest national start-to-finish window replacement company. We are looking to add a project coordinator to our dynamic and growing operations team!

The purpose of this position is to oversee projects and ensure that they are executed on time, on budget and within the appropriate margins.

The project manager is the liaison between the client and RbA and must provide excellent and timely communication in order to successfully process all assigned job orders from post-sale to successful installation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build positive, client relationships by proactively engaging with them on current and potential work and anticipating/troubleshooting obstacles before they happen.
  • Maintain favorable client relationships.
  • Work closely with the installation team and clients to make sure projects are properly started and completed on time and on budget.
  • Assess and follow up on customer complaints to satisfactory resolution.
  • Prepare and manage account service-related documents such as project estimates, timelines, project briefs, meeting agendas, and other communications and correspondence.
  • Manage the collection of required content and assets for all of your projects to set the project management team up for success.
  • Prepare and maintain required customer information and files in accordance with established procedures.
  • Create detailed work requests for the installation team, based on client objectives and expectations, using our existing forms and technology.
  • Thoughtfully analyze and clearly communicate project feedback to the installation team.
  • Proactively participate in client meetings, ensuring meeting goals and next steps are clearly communicated to all team members involved.
  • Consistently follow up with clients and installation managers on projects/tasks, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and selectively balancing priorities.
  • Meet and/or exceed assigned sales and customer objectives.

· Exceed monthly company install revenue plan.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in the construction industry.
  • You have a strong knowledge of project management best practices, methodologies and tools.
  • You are a strategic thinker who identifies opportunities to expand project scope.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • You have the ability to clearly communicate a project process to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • You can prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Understanding of LEAN methodology and implementation is a plus.
  • Ability to work with customers through escalated situations to find win/win solutions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Type, sit, stand, walk and use hands for extended amounts of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $40.00 per hour
