ABOUT THE POSITION

Although we're an apparel and footwear focused company, technology is central to everything we do. Columbia Sportswear’s Consumer services technology team develops and manages system landscape(s) which enables us to serve our Consumers in most effective manner. This ensures our consumers’ delight and their loyalty to our products and Brands.

The Consumer Services Product Manager translates general Consumer Services product vision into specific product features and implements short-term planning through regular road mapping. Prepares and leads refinements and planning within the team. Provides guidance in assessing consumer services product opportunities and risks. Identifies opportunities to increase the product’s business value in alignment with overall business strategy. Leads and serves as the single point of contact for consumer services product improvements ensuring product vision and strategies are realized. Leads each stage of the development process and ensures final product meets strategic goals.

You will work closely with the Consumer Services business and other technology teams to deliver Technology solutions in this domain. Within this role you will rely on your analytical, technical, professional, and organizational skills to implement and manage these solutions.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Create and drive the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for Consumer Service Technology solutions.

  • Direct, design, and implement a comprehensive product management strategy for Salesforce Service Cloud from product definition and planning through production and release.

  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs while delivering product features as per the roadmap.

  • Acts as a change agent to drive innovation and digital transformation.

  • Design and implement consumer services product initiatives across multiple technology platforms

  • Ensure that consumer services products meet specifications and quality goals.

  • Manage accurate tracking of statistics of product adoption by customer base and translates feedback into enhancement recommendations.

YOU ARE

  • Able to communicate effectively, build relationships, and influence outcomes in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science or related field or related work experience.

  • 6-8 years of Product Management/ Program Management/ Business Analyst experience related to consumer services technologies.

  • Must have extensive experience in Salesforce (example, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

  • Experience in Agile Development Environment. Scrum Master Certification is a plus.

  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
