The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Manager on the Campaigns & Content team, you will lead the development of strategic creative briefs and 360 communications plans, while leading the flawless execution of Sephora’s promotion and value campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Manager-Promotions, Campaigns & Content, you will be a key member of the team responsible for driving customer engagement, conversion, and promo sales through marketing communications: In addition, you will:

  • Lead strategy and end-to-end execution of a range of promotional campaigns within the Sephora portfolio grounded in data and client insights
  • Lead mid and bottom-funnel strategies for Sephora’s largest loyalty promotions
  • Lead personalized promotion creative ecosystem
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as digital marketing, project management, and merchandising to execute marketing campaigns from brief to launch to ensure a seamless client experience, meet sales goals, and on-time execution
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key cross-functional partners across a highly matrixed organization including loyalty business partners, store experience, digital marketing, paid media, non-traditional production, project management, and creative and across business units such as Canada and Sephora@Kohl’s

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience (agency, retail, or beauty industry) with digital marketing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent strategic sensibility with the ability to gather insights/learnings from cross-functional partners to inform project optimizations
  • High attention to detail in managing a range of projects, people, and initiatives simultaneously
  • Expert multi-tasking abilities and dealing with ambiguity
  • Passion for creative strategy, creative development, and campaign execution
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills: the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels across a variety of functions
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, omni-retail environment #LI-SCR


The annual base salary range for this position is $113,000.00 - $126,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
