Labatt Food Service is seeking a Hiring Coordinator at our San Antonio headquarters. This position will help with recruiting and hiring for all corporate positions across Labatt’s 10 offices. The primary functions of this job include but are not limited to the full hiring cycle: posting jobs, searching resumes, reviewing applications, interviewing applicants, pre-employment screening, and hiring qualified applicants. This position will also attend college career fairs and will be involved with creating a presence for Labatt on college campuses throughout Texas. The Hiring Coordinator will also be very involved with our new hire orientation process as well as our summer internship program.

The qualified candidate must be outgoing, hardworking, and people oriented. Must have the ability to work under tight deadlines and under high stress. Some travel required. Bachelor’s degree required.
