As a Crew Member at McDonald's, you will be expected to provide customers with a quick and accurate service, and show sensitivity to their individual needs, both from behind the till as well as in the dining areas. When you are preparing and cooking the wide variety of food we offer, you will be expected to use a broad range of equipment and tools. Crew Members need to produce orders to a consistently high standard and understand that quality control is vital. Cleanliness and hygiene requires thorough training in order to maintain our high standards. Before each Crew Member starts, they learn to use a variety of cleaning utensils and chemical cleaning products along with the correct protective equipment. Come be part of a growing team! Estimated payment breakdown ~$1675.00-$1747.00/wk* ~$576.00-$648.00 in weekly taxable income ~$16.00/hr-$18.00/hr* Estimate assumes an 12 hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.
Hours:* 2nd shift, 11am-730 pm or 2pm-1030pm, M-F (includes weekend overtime). Compensation:* $24-$28/hr, depending on experience.
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. To assist A and B Maintenance in maintaining all incubation and hatchery equipment,
3+ years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Develop and implement daily work logs/end of shift reports.
