• Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description

Our Customer Chat Agents are a vital part of Saela. We are looing for positive individuals who are able to take care of our customers in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work with customers over chat, email, and text. Not only will you be able to enhance your strong communication skills, but you can take advantage of opportunities in a growing company with upbeat culture and a growth-minded atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via our live chat on our website
• Communicate with customers via text messaging and email
• Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers to improve customer retention
• Notify local Branch managers of service discrepancies

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills
• Can type at least 45 words per minute
• Proficient computer/typing skills
• Positive attitude and persistent work ethic
• Proven team player
