We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Inbound Sales & Support Agent to join our team in DID Electrical.

Job Purpose:

The primary focus of this role is to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service to our online customers. As an Inbound Sales & Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, handling order fulfilment, sourcing stock, scheduling deliveries, and responding to customer queries via Zendesk support system and live chat.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and exceed individual and branch sales targets through inbound customer interactions.
• Handle order fulfilment, sourcing stock, and scheduling deliveries.
• Respond to customer queries via Zendesk support system and live chat, with the aim of converting inquiries into sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and expert product advice to our customers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to our customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high performance and positive team morale.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident approach to selling.
• Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Previous sales experience in a fast-paced inbound call centre environment is essential.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A passion for online shopping and customer service.

Skills:

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales through inbound customer interactions.
• Ability to learn a comprehensive product knowledge based on the product range.
• Excellent sales skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in an inbound call centre environment.
• PC literate.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an online sales environment.
