Customer service and sales correlate in the Retail department. Customers having a great time and buying experience is our goal. As a leading company in new sales, it's important we add value to the team and provide great training.

Job duties:

• Engage with customers in a face to face retail setting.
• Create customer work orders through an iPad.
• Educate the customer about what their cell phone promotion includes and how it works.
• Review customer orders and edit if needed.
• Follow up with customers on previous orders that need assistance before shipping.

Must be:

• Confident and personable.
• A great communicator.
• No experience required.
• Goal oriented and organized.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Benefits:

• Hourly pay ranges from $15-20/hr.
• Weekly OTE $1,000-$1,200.
• Weekly schedule.
• Paid training and orientation.
