DAY-TO-DAY
This full- or part-time customer care position typically works from 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM or 1:45 PM to 7:30 PM. Weekend and holiday work is also required.
As a Customer Service Rep, you are the main point of contact for our clients. With a welcoming smile, you greet them and their dogs as they arrive at our pet care facility. You ensure that customer service is exceptional in every way, going above and beyond to provide a turnkey, high-end experience for our amazing clients. Using your excellent communication skills, you make sure our pet care and enrichment specialists always receive important special instructions from every pet parent. A team player, you work side-by-side with the rest of the staff to complete all daily tasks to the highest standards.
You maintain accurate records of all incidents and competently discuss each dog's experiences with its human parents. With attention to detail, you use our computer software program to keep records organized and up to date. Every owner knows they can count on you to make sure their dog is happy, healthy, and loved while under our care. You enjoy helping our company thrive while caring for adorable dogs!
