Customer Service Representative
Outdoor Power Equipment
Temp to Hire; Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm
$16.50 per hour
Hilliard, Ohio (hybrid work schedules available)

What you’ll be doing:
- The customer service team handles a high volume of inbound customer calls and is responsible for providing high quality customer service while contributing to individual and team goals
- This company provides the customers help with order entry, parts lookup, billing, and shipping resolutions while holding themselves accountable for each call and ensuring a one call resolution
- Handles inbound and outbound calls to/from consumers, dealers, and vendors
- Conducts part lookups, price quoting, answers order status concerns, and researches the tracking of orders
- Processes orders received via phone, fax, and/ or email
- Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, and handles or refers complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
- During busy season, which is now, you’ll be handling 100-120 calls/day (inbound and outbound)
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (this can be retail, restaurant, etc., as long as computer skills are sufficient)
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining focus on the customer
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
