GP Industrial Plasters (GPIP) is looking for a Customer Service Representative servicing our divisional plant locations located in Blue Rapids KS, Camden NJ, and Las Vegas NV. This role includes managing all customer service activities and account relationships. This representative will work closely with our customers and GPIP facilities & reloads. The ideal candidate for this role is a customer focused team player and skilled communicator, able to problem solve and negotiate positive outcomes with customers and operations. Our Customer Service Representatives create value by ensuring accurate orders and deliveries by GPIP.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Entering orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple GPIP facilities with accuracy and focus on customer needs/requirements
• Managing/optimizing inventory levels and timing of replenishment orders to allow for uninterrupted supply to customer
• Coordinating shipments of products
• Proactively monitor the order file and communicate with the customer and operations group with the objective to meet the Customer Requested Delivery date

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Customer Service experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, etc.

• Customer Service experience in manufacturing, industrial or distribution center environment
