Overview:
About The Role:
To provide customer service by accurately processing customer orders and receive vendor shipment ensuring compliance with government regulations as related to hazardous waste.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
- Accurately process customer orders, receive vendor shipments, process bills of lading while ensuring compliance with government regulations as related to hazardous waste.
- Responsible for completion of all government reporting requirements as they pertain to hazardous waste.
- Interacts directly with customers and vendors
- Manages waste pre-qualifications process for all Geocycle locations.
- Responsible for billing for received waste.
- Communicate with drivers and arrange deliveries.
- Processes and receives shipments including goods receipts in SAP.
- Miscellaneous other duties as assigned.
RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER JOBS
- Coordinates with Sales and Marketing, Operations, Quality and other areas in Geocycle as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for:
Required Education: High School diploma/GED
Field of Study Preferred: Business Management
Required Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in related field
Travel Requirements: less than 25%
Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Word and Excel, SAP preferred
