License/Certification:

• TX P & C License (Required)

We are seeking licensed energetic and reliable professionals (agent/account service rep) that has potential to become Office Manager. Huge additional income opportunity to build Competitive "Residual"/Renewal Income on top of salary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the correct products, executing our return policy and directing calls to the right individuals when necessary. Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. (Bilignual (Spanish) Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of department.
• Answer the phone in a professional manner.
• Manage billing and payment issues for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and customers.
• Cross-Selling current book of business and Working Leads
