About the Opportunity

A typical day involves taking inbound phone calls and emails from our customer base both new and existing, regarding requests for our extensive product lines from the customer’s first inquiry to delivery of the product. CSR’s work out of a robust system utilizing best-in-class technology to aid our customers in the quickest and most accurate manner possible and pride ourselves on providing the best customer service in our industry. • Do you have experience in the off-highway industry? Hydraulics, engine, and/or off-highway experience required.
• Do you have an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (degree preferred but not required)?
• Do you have experience in Customer Service or Account Management roles and have a passion for providing great customer service?
• Do you have problem-solving and critical thinking skills to provide best-in-class solutions for our customers and business?
• Do you have a sales mindset and are goal-oriented?
• Are you professional in all interactions including emails, phone, and in-person?
• Are you able to learn new systems, have above-average computer proficiencies, and can work within multiple programs?
• Are you able to multi-task, work with a sense of urgency, request help when needed, and be a self-starter?
• Do you have a positive attitude and like to have fun at work?
• Are you able to come to our headquarters in Sun Prairie, WI for training and other work events (must live in the Madison, WI area)

PJ is open Monday through Friday 8 AM-5 PM - no evenings and weekends!
