Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• This is a full-time position in a high-volume, fast paced, warranty driven environment. Responsible for polite, professional and efficient telephone & e-mail communications with customers, ensuring timely response to all incoming calls while displaying an eagerness to serve customers’ immediate need
• Determines warranty eligibility of any service items in question based on current and historical warranty provisions, assigning customer costs for those items which are not covered by warranty
• Reviews customer requests for warranty to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and course of remedy — working directly with the customer
• Responsible for routing and for scheduling services with homeowner, dealers or contractors
• Enters complete and accurate order information into order entry system
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication, data analysis, and time management skills
• Must possess organization, multi-tasking skills with the flexibility to manage multiple conflicting priorities, frequent change and most of all be a TEAM player

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Computer skills
• Excel spreadsheet knowledge
• Scheduling knowledge
• Warranty experience preferred

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
