We're looking for a customer service representative for a local finance company. The ideal candidate needs to be well-versed in basic computer skills, greeting customers, promptly answering telephones, receiving payments from customers, and generic administrative duties.

A background check and credit check will be required.

Job duties:

• Promptly and professionally answering telephone calls
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Accepting customer payments
• Data entry as required
• Basic office administrative duties

Hours: Monday- Friday: 9:00a - 5:00p.

Wednesday 9a - 1:30p
