At Care Cardinal Belmont we are looking for a hardworking, intuitive, and driven Customer Service Representative to help lead our company to new heights. Our Customer Service Representatives are a key facet of our customer’s experience and pride themselves on being our face to the customer. We are looking for a Customer Service Representatives who is competitive, results-driven, and empowered to make a vast difference in the workplace.

Our Customer Service Representatives go above and beyond to ensure our customers are satisfied and can also provide service that is inclusive of their desire and needs. Major Areas of Responsibility

Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring mail accounts
  • Processing warranty claims and issuing credits
  • Assisting customers with order status and tracking information
  • Communicating via email and phone with internal and external customers
  • Managing relationships with assigned customers & vendors
  • Moving order paperwork to the Fulfillment team
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

This position requires the following essential knowledge, skills and abilities in order to satisfactorily fulfill the Customer Service Representative:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional manner and team player
  • Proficiently and accurately enter and maintain orders in ERP system
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a customer service department
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Reliable and well-disciplined; ability to work well with others and follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
