Description:Support the Operations organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects and or tasks. Will provide frequent inter-organizational and collaboration sessions. Responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to develop immersive stories that answer business questions. Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, and practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. Responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to develop immersive stories that answer business questions. Data Analysts are extremely resourceful and able to find novel new data sources to enrich their analysis. Mine, process, and summarize data and trend the data. Manage the quality assurance of data scraping, query databases for stakeholder requests, and triage data issues for timely resolutions; Analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and prepare insights in narrative or visual forms, including dashboards; Set up and maintain data processes and new analytics capabilities; Produce and track key performance indicators. Create training material and provide training as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel
skillset)
  • Coding/Macro experience
  • SAP experience
  • Teamcenter background
  • Possess excellent verbal/written
communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with personnel at all levels
in the organization
  • Detail oriented with ability to drive results
  • Advanced ability for problem solving
  • Experience in training others
  • Capable of working independently in a high
paced manufacturing environment
  • Develops reporting tools and models to
track performance and health
  • Understanding of application of technical
principles, theories and concepts, for data
analytics.
  • General knowledge of other related
disciplines within Operations

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
