POSITION SUMMARY

Candidate will be Working closely with the REMOTE IT team, you will assist in carrying the daily service request workload associated with datacenter, simple break & fix, computer hardware and parts, Kiosks/POS, CCTV, Digital signage, Audio visuals, Structured cabling. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, experienced with datacenter related technologies, has a strong aptitude for problem solving, embraces cross-team collaboration, prides themselves with staying on the cutting edge of enterprise IT technologies

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Triage network and mobile devices

- Setup and image new servers, computers and other IT infrastructure devices

- Troubleshoot broken devices and connectivity issues

- Vendor management by resolving requests and documenting all work

- Voip Phone installations

- General computer and server hardware installations

- General Network survey

- Network cutover

REQUIREMENTS

- 8-12ft ladder

- valid driver's license

-basic network tools and window's laptop

-2 years of previous work experience in a similar role

-Proficiency with and command knowledge of configuring, operating, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade network, server, mobile, and datacenter technologies.

- Basic understanding of structured cabling (Cat5E, Cat6, Cat6A), Optical Fiber cable Installation, and Data center builds - Racking various types of network switches.

- Experience with SQL, CLI, or other database related tools.

- Strong Communications skills – written and oral.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sitting or standing for 2-6 hours period working on computers and other datacenter devices, occasional lifting of network equipment at 50lbs or less, installation of datacenter devices and server rack buildouts
