Data Entry Billing Clerk Temp

Our client, a worldwide software company located in Sandy, UT, is seeking a temporary Data Entry Billing Clerk to support a project involving billing cases. You will be responsible for accurately entering billing data, adding products and rates, researching billing issues, and ensuring the completeness of records. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to think critically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter billing data accurately and efficiently into the system
• Add products and rates to billing records
• Research and resolve billing issues and discrepancies
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of billing records
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant billing information
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies
• Utilize Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets and databases
  
• Provide administrative support to the billing team as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or billing-related role required
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a temporary contract position with a duration of approximately 3 months. You will work on-site in Sandy and will be expected to work 40 hours per week. The pay rate will be commensurate with experience.
