The Master Data Management Manager for Ingersoll Rand will be a strategic member of the MDM Shared Services team dedicated to optimizing and scaling enterprise Master Data at Ingersoll Rand. Consistent Master Data is a foundational enabler and key accelerator to the corporation’s strategic objectives. Delivering harmonized, consistent, governed data will position the enterprise with trusted analytics to drive timely, data-based decisions. This role requires strong skills in data profiling, business process mapping, and thought leadership for the future state data authoring, enrichment and maintenance strategy. This position has direct manager responsibilities, leading a team of remote associates for all tasks related to NAM Master Data functionality.

This position will sit onsite with our Corporate Shared Services tem at our headquarters in Davidson, SC. There is some flexibility for a hybrid type of schedule, if desired.

Essential Functions: The essential functions of the position include:

• Act as the primary liaison between internal NAM teams & end-users
• Create & establish master data policies, strategies & programs to ensure data accuracy & completion
• Act as main contact in both application & implementation processes & for 3rd party data applications
• Manage Oracle Master Data at the corporate level & maintain data integrity
• Troubleshooting & Configuration
• Assist with cross-functional projects within the supply chain as needed
• Review & finalize test plans
• Oversee case management support issues with business partners
• Work closely with department leaders and coach on Oracle best practices & support training efforts

Requirements/Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years in a similar role, including supervisory experience
• Experience interacting with the commercialization process
• Oracle system experience within Master Data capacity. Must understand how to use Pricing, Product, and Customer Master modules within Oracle & how these areas interact/impact the business.
• Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills and interacting with all levels of the corporation
• Experience in a large manufacturing or corporate setting preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,683.18 - $140,000.00 per year

• Davidson, NC: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
