Job Description

We are a fast-paced, fee-for-service dental organization who f ocuses on providing high quality comprehensive dental care to every patient. We are looking for the best and brightest dental lab technicians who share our passion for serving our patients and communities.

Looking for a technician who can specialize in fixed implant restorations such as full contour zirconia hybrids. Must have a strong working knowledge of full arch workflows.

Location: Jacksonville, Florida (relocation assistance available)

Responsibilities:

As an advanced laboratory technician you will use an advanced skillset to fabricate a well-polished high-end implant-based dental prosthetic. You will apply critical thinking to find complex solutions with dentist and other staff. Follow and demonstrate safety protocols according to OSHA standards. Apply knowledge of 3D printing machinery to fabricate prototypes, surgical stents and any dental prosthesis according to needs. Apply yourself to scanning and designing complex prosthesis such as removable or implant-based fixed prosthetics. Fabricate durable high-quality restoration using a milling machine or printer with previous. You will contribute your knowledge by using a high degree of judgement on a patient-by-patient basis. Complete fixed implant-based prosthesis of various materials. You will be expected to maintain case schedules and work effectively and efficiently to coordinate patients' cases back to the appropriate office.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Dental Technician (CDT) preferred not required.

  • Experience making fabricating IMPLANT-supported dentures and Valplast partials

  • Must be a self-starter and able to work without supervision.

  • Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage work schedule.

  • Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology.

  • Experience with CAD/CAM Design software

  • Experience with Roland DWX 52/53, Zircon Zahn M1 and/or M5 or similar highly preferred

  • Experience in digital laboratory software's including scanning, designing and 3D Printing highly desired

Credentials:

  • Dental assisting experience a plus
