We have immediate openings for a full-time Program Manager of Dialysis / Dialysis Program Manager

Kindred Hospital Philadelphia - Havertown and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is 66-bed hospital. With 57 long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital beds, we offer the same critical care that patients receive in a traditional hospital or intensive care unit, but for an extended recovery period. Similarly, our 9-bed ARU is designed for our patients who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury, impairment or illness. Our Dialysis Team plays a vital role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill and medically complex patients.We are located in within a medical district close to Darby Creek and West Chester Pike expressway at 2000 Old West Chester Pike, Havertown, PA 19083

As a Program Manager Dialysis you will:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of dialysis services at one or more Long Term Acute Care hospitals.
  • Responsible and accountable for recruitment, selection, and performance of the dialysis team.
  • Responsible and accountable for the quality of the dialysis services, excellent patient care, and the prudent management of all capital dedicated to dialysis work.

Qualifications

  • Nursing Diploma Program or Associate’s Degree required.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Valid Registered Nurse / RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS required.
  • National Dialysis certification preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in management/clinical leadership role.
  • Five or more years of nephrology nursing experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
