ROLE SUMMARY

  • INLYTA is one of the major revenue drivers for Pfizer Oncology and is well poised to continue strong performance in the years to come.
  • The treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a dynamic and exciting space that has seen a major transformation in patient care and outcomes over the last several years.
  • This role will report to the U.S. Team Lead for RCC/IO portfolio and work with the RCC Marketing Team as the US HCP Lead with a focus on competitive planning and execution.
  • This position requires strong strategic, analytical and execution skills, interpersonal and communication skills and agility to learn and work across multiple stakeholders.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director US Inlyta HCP Lead role will drive the overall brand strategy and performance for the brand. They will ensure that Inlyta Strategies and Tactics are successfully developed by also coaching/overseeing the work of 2 Senior Managers.
  • Develop and Facilitate INLYTA HCP Strategy including brand positioning, competitive readiness and messaging
  • OP Plan Captain
  • Lead LE updates, manage LRF and OP Annual Process
  • Responsible performance monitoring and review, including KPI tracking and communication to key internal stakeholders
  • Act as Field Lead
  • Partner closely with Director Inlyta Key Accounts and OC on initiatives to ensure brand alignment
  • Facilitate competitive intelligence cross functional alignment and insight gathering; evolve competitive messaging as needed
  • Enable INLYTA Field Based Strategy Teams (FBST) Meetings with Field Sales
  • Serve/Support RC captain and partner with US medial, regulatory and legal on innovative tactics
  • Act as Glocal liaison with Global team
  • Manage Supply, voucher, and sampling
QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred
  • 10 years of pharmaceutical marketing, sales or healthcare consulting or agency experience required
  • Previous in-line US/global Marketing experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level to drive brand success
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with experts from cross-functional areas
  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management, including negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of synthesizing complex information and distilling critical customer insights
  • High-energy, proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously and the confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create and innovate
  • Detail and action oriented; strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,900.00 to $261,500.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
