Position provides oversight for Ambulatory Surgical Centers. Accountabilities include optimizing staffing through use of electronic systems for data and predictive analytics, leading the Quality Program, Process Improvement and Safety Committee. Serves as a lead for the Board, Quality Assurance/Process Improvement and Environment of Care committee meetings. In addition to budgets, financial appropriateness related to procedural costing and reimbursement must be tracked and reported to the Board. Maintain patient satisfaction and patient safety as priority goals and credentialing for the facilities. Ensure operational efficiency, block effectiveness and surgeon satisfaction.

Education Qualifications
Required Education:
Master's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited school.
If Masters Degree is not in Nursing, then it is required to have a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration from an accredited program.
Licensure/Certification Required:
Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible compact state
